The new system was installed over a weekend and the engineers were here on the Monday in case there were any problems, which there weren't.  The trainer was excellent - she thoroughly knew the system and was able to teach us about the features that would be useful for us, leaving out the remainder.  The continuing support has been excellent.

When we moved to our new office we needed to spend as little as possible but we knew that we would be expanding.  Our IP Office system was not the cheapest but has proved to be an excellent decision in the long run.  The PC based Phone Manager software is used extensively by all our staff and saves us a lot of time.  The recently installed call logging software enables us to compile reports for our clients showing call volume and response times.  Remote access to the phone system has meant that most issues can be sorted without a site visit and I have been most impressed by the speed of response and I have never had to chase up a call.
