º  Voicemail can be configured to play different greetings for busy and for no answer.
º  Handsets look good and the DSS keys have LED indications which show up well in difficult lighting.
º  Handset display and soft key combination help make the system very easy to use.

º  Programming is not so easy
º  Paper inserts for DSS keys can get tatty.

 

º  Very flexible programming and easy to set up too.
º  Phone manager running on a PC makes call handling much easier especially if using SLTs.
º  TAPI interface for linking to ACT, Outlook etc (NB dialling from outlook required Phone Manager Pro).
º  Wide range of options.
º  Paperless labels on handsets.

º  Handsets often viewed in a negative light and ring tone unpopular with some users.
º  Display can be difficult to read on low light
